All orders are shipped out from Singapore with minimal, sustainable packaging,

using reusable pouches, repurposed bubble wrap, paper envelopes and handwritten details. Packages are mailed out every Tuesday, with due diligence ensured in shipping the packages out. We are unfortunately not liable for lost mail, so to ensure you get your package safely, we recommend opting for tracked shipping.!

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Standard (Jewellery & Apparel): a flat rate of $1.50 applies

Tracked (Jewellery & Apparel): a flat rate of $3 applies

Qxpress Courier: a flat rate of $5 applies

The estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days, once dispatched.

The tracking number is stated in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Apparel & Ceramics: a flat rate of $15 applies
